A health insurance plan is supposed to give you cover against all illnesses. When you pay more you get more. I guess people should opt for higher cover simply because that would mean that they have more freedom to choose the kind of treatment they wish to undergo, and at the same time they can also make sure that he treatment is done in a well-known hospital, even if it is slightly more expensive.
