Claim reimbursement is the claim raised for the money spent on medical treatment in non-network hospital. If you undergo treatment in a non-network hospital, you have to pay for the bills yourself, which can later be claimed from the insurer.

The claim reimbursement process is very simple, I have used the option of cashless hospitalization and it was easy to get treated. I thought they would make me fill out lots of forms, but trust me it is hardly anything and then the costs involved in getting treated are taken care of by the company.

I have made a claim twice from Apollo Munich for treatment availed in non-network hospitals and have not found any problem
