Can I avail medical or premium reimbursements if my policy is rejected?
If any Apollo Munich policy is rejected, you cannot avail any of the medical reimbursements promised to you in the same, as the policy is still not issued, hence, you cannot avail benefits. However, you will be reimbursed the premium that you paid at the time of buying the policy, in case of online issuance. Apollo Munich basically refunds the premium amount in accordance to the Company’s rules and regulations.

I had a policy from another health insurance company (through my office) and the problem was that when I left the company, and tried to convert it to a personal one, the policy got rejected. I was wondering if the same rule (of not getting the money back) applied to all companies.
ReplyDeleteGood to know that Apollo Munich does not take away your money and then throw out your policy. It is nice to know that there are still companies which are fair.
I have also heard that Apollo Munich takes interest in people's health cover and does not adopt any unfair means.
