Since there was a non-network hospital nearest to the house, i decided to get hospitalized there. The claim process was easy. I called the toll-free number and got all the info from there; what to do, what to get etc. Sure they do verification and whatever else, but it is all done quickly and without much hassle. So overall I have had a nice experince with Apollo Munich.
